Exchanges & Technical Issues

We only replace items if the digital file is defective or you are unable to access it. We do not offer exchanges for a different product.

  • The download link has expired or is not working.
  • The file you received is corrupted or in the wrong format.

To resolve these issues, send us an email at support@proyeku.co with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will promptly provide you with a new, functioning download link for the product you purchased.

Refunds

As stated above, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. You receive immediate access to the digital files, making it impossible to process a return. This policy is firm for all items on our site.

Late or missing refunds As we do not process refunds for digital products, this section is not applicable. If you have a billing error or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us directly at support@proyeku.co.

Sale items Our no-refund policy applies to all products, including regular-priced items and items on sale.

Gifts

If you purchased a digital product as a gift, the no-refund policy still applies. The recipient can contact us directly for any technical support or file access issues by referencing the original order number.
