Proyeku (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://proyeku.co, a platform where users can purchase architectural designs, technical drawings, rendered images, and furniture designs tailored to specific room measurements. You can also reach us for further build information where you can adjust directly with our trusted contractors.

We also offer a Partner Dashboard for approved designers to sell their work and a contractor referral service (“Kontraktorku”).

Comments

When visitors leave comments on design listings, partner portfolios, or other interactive sections of the website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to check if you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture (if linked to Gravatar) is publicly visible alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images or design files (e.g., technical drawings, renders) as a Partner or user, avoid uploading files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may download and extract location data from publicly available images on the website.

Cookies

  • If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience, so you don’t need to re-enter details for future comments. These cookies last one year.

  • Visiting the login page sets a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.

  • Upon login, we set cookies to save your login details and screen preferences. Login cookies expire after 2 days, screen options cookies after 1 year. Selecting “Remember Me” extends login persistence to 2 weeks. Logging out removes login cookies.

  • Editing or publishing a design via the Partner Dashboard sets a cookie with no personal data, indicating the post ID of the design you edited. It expires after 1 day.

  • We use cookies to collect and analyze information about your interactions with our website. This data enables us to better understand your preferences and interests, allowing us to tailor our email communications.

Embedded Content

Design listings or partner portfolios may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, links). Embedded content from third-party websites (e.g., Vimeo, Sketchfab) behaves as if you visited those sites directly. These third parties may collect data, use cookies, track interactions, or monitor your activity if you have an account with them.

Who We Share Your Data With

  • If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

  • Contractor referrals through Kontraktorku: If you choose to contact a recommended contractor, necessary details (e.g., name, project scope) may be shared to facilitate communication.

  • Approved Partners’ design listings are publicly displayed per their settings.

  • Data may be shared with third-party services critical to our operations (e.g., payment processors, analytics tools).

How Long We Retain Your Data

  • Comments and metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and auto-approve follow-up comments.

  • Registered users (customers or Partners): Personal information in user profiles is stored indefinitely. Users can view, edit, or delete their data (except usernames) at any time. Administrators can also access and edit this information.

  • Partner-submitted design files and transaction records are retained for legal, administrative, or audit purposes, even if the Partner account is deleted.

Your Rights Over Your Data

If you have an account or have left comments, you can request:

  1. An exported file of your personal data held by us.

  2. Erasure of your personal data (excluding data we must retain for legal, administrative, or security purposes).
    Partners: Deleting your account does not remove designs already sold or publicly listed; these will be anonymized.

Where Your Data Is Sent

  • Comments may be processed by automated spam detection services.

  • Data may be transferred globally, including to third-party service providers (e.g., cloud storage, payment gateways). By using Proyeku, you consent to such transfers.
